Yeast waiting to make its move...

Here are yeast starters, hydrated with water and fed a dose of Go-Ferm. Each starter is labeled. I'll bulk them up by adding regular doses of must to larger and larger starters till I have a half gallon or so of percolating must. This will be added across the pails of thawed must to get fermentation underway.
