2006 vintage: Four-week update

We're four weeks into the 2006 Chez Ray fermentation that started here. Most yeast activity has ended during the past week. I've capped off all but two of the grape buckets for extended maceration. The ones still fermenting are the Alexander Valley Syrahs - those are gonna be some potent potables.
